Appointment Cancellations: 
If you are unable to make your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. We do ask for at least 24 hours notice when cancelling any appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 50% charge of the appointment.

  • A full groom, top to tail. A warm shower (we wash the dogs twice to ensure the coat is super clean!) followed by a breed standard clip or done to your specification after your free consultation. Nails and ears are included.

    Matts and knots take time to brush out so there is an extra charge if this is required. Approximately £5.00 to £10.00.

    If the the dog needs extra time due to behavioural issues there is also an extra charge. Again approximately £10. Our aim to make your dogs experience with us a happy and positive one so we’d rather take our time if the dog needs a little extra care.

    If the coat is severely matted it’s the dreaded shave off we’re afraid. But we will call to discuss this if it becomes apparent after the consultation.

  • Perfect for between grooms to prevent your dog’s hair matting or for dogs who love to ‘off road’. Includes a warm shower (washing twice) using natural essential oil, cruelty free, shampoo, a de-tangle, a nail clip and an ear clean.

  • As part of your new puppy’s routine it’s important to introduce them to grooming early on. We welcome puppies after their second vaccination and offer a gentle puppy wash and blow dry, ear cleaning and nail clipping with face trim and hygiene areas trimmed if necessary.

  • If you’re struggling to get to us we can organise a collection and drop off within 2 miles of the shop for £30.00

  • We use the Emmi Pet Ultrasonic toothbrush along with their minty fresh toothpaste.

    £20.00 as part of your grooming package.

    *Please note not all dogs are suitable for this treatment as they need to be used to having their mouths and teeth touched. The toothbrush itself makes no sound and does not vibrate. As with all treatments a consultation is always helpful.
